Legacy North is founded by Tom Wick, a consultant, husband, and father of adult children. His 40+ year career in sales in many different industries gave him a passion for working with people.

Tom and his wife Lori have four grown children, ages 33 to 43.

From Tom:

“Twenty-five years ago, my parents were the example of healthy 70-year-olds. Five years later, my dad had Parkinson’s and my mom had heart issues. I spent a lot of time with them over the next few years assisting where I could, and eventually helped them downsize and move into an independent living complex.

One year after the move, my dad died unexpectantly due to complications after a surgery. Thirty days later, my mom had a stroke and also died.

During this time I was exposed to a program designed to help families prepare in advance for all the unexpected challenges our family had gone through. I immediately recognized how such a program could have helped me and my siblings navigate those big changes with much more ease. This eventually led to Legacy North.

I developed a passion for wanting to help families plan ahead because as we all know “life happens when we least expect it”. Taking parents and families through Legacy North allows me to fulfill that passion.”
